National Caribbean American Heritage Month

Since 2010, RWIFO and RJO have partnered with the City of Rochester during the month of June to celebrate Caribbean-American Heritage Month (CAHM). The CAHM activities are focused on the recognition of Caribbean culture and contributions.

• Monday June 3rd - Press Conference, City Hall Atrium 11am
• Friday, June 7th - Caribbean Link Up, Livie's Jamican Resturant 6pm - 9pm
• Thursday, June 13th - Caribbean Movie Night 6pm - 8pm
• Friday, June 14th - Fish Fry, Pepperpot Resturant 6pm - 9pm
• Saturday, June 15th - Walk, Run, Ride and Breakfast 7am
• Saturday, June 15th - RWIFO Costume Making Workshop 10:30pm - 1:30pm
• Friday, June 21 - Caribbean Link Up 2, Side Bar 6pm - 8pm
• Saturday, June 22 - RJO/Henery Issac Golf Tournament
• Friday, June 27 - Closing Celebration, City Hall 5:30pm - 8pm
• Sunday, June 30 - Caribbean Church Service
